Its a 2 star hotel...

Liked: The staff were very attentive and helpful
Disliked: There was no breakfast available. The room was unclean. I found 2 false finger nails on the floor of the bedroom

Disliked: filthy, smelly room.loose tiles on bathroom floor.shower head loose so had to hold while showering.shower doors wouldn’t shut.the bathroom stank.It took half an hour to find someone to check in.very noisy.

Poor

Liked: It was a very large room with a seating area and TV. Indian restaurant on premises was decent enough.
Disliked: Fridge was out of order, kettle all fired up (awful), TV picture quality terrible, very strange smell (like bleach), heating was broken, portable heaters in the room but didn't heat it up enough. Seems like only one member of staff (in restaurant) so no service of any kind. No breakfast (even though it says there is). No toiletries (not even soap!). Will not be staying there again.

Waste water coming into shower...

Liked: good value for money
Disliked: In the morning, waste water was coming into the shower cubicle from the next room. I contacted reception to come and sort but nobody came. I had to use my mobile to ring them as no landline in room. Nobody apologised.
