Liked: Location was great. The room view was disappointing. Bed were comfy! The TV screen played a customized message welcoming our stay. That was cool!Free hot chocolate / Apple cider was great too.
Disliked: Would have preferred a better view from the room. Parking was around the block, and have to walk. Loading the luggage's was a bit inconvenient.

Very good
Liked: Room was clean and comfortable but I was quite cold and the staff gave me a little space heater.. Location is good but still very close to tenderloin. Free water and tea was available at reception.
Disliked: Noise at night was sometimes annoying but nothing I couldn't sleep through. I ordered a takeaway and couldn't get it in my room so had to go downstairs that was a bit of a hassle but I guess fair.

Great stay
Liked: Great location. Near bart powell station and restaurants. Can request for late check out until 1pm. Can store luggage until you are ready to leave.
Disliked: No slippers provided in the room.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: The male front counter staff member who was rostered on during the mornings was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Our room included breakfast, when we attended breakfast we were turned away. I queried this with reception, and the man said "no you do not get breakfast" I had to go back up to our room to show the booking paperwork to prove we were entitled to breakfast. NO apology from the man at reception. Disgusting poor attitude the entire time. The room was run down, old, the heating didn't work and it was dirty. We stay at the Hilton often, and this was by far the worst experience we have ever experienced. Disgusting attitude when we checked out (the same man). This man needs to be fired. He is unbelievably disrespectful and shouldn't be working there. Terrible experience.
