Was ok wouldn’t stay again

Liked: The beds are extremely comfy! It’s situated right across the street from south pier , and a small walk to the pleasure beach. The breakfast was exceptionally good so compliments to the chef!
Disliked: The decor is very dated , our radiator was broken and we asked several times to have it fixed and nobody came up to the room! There was mold on one of the picture frames on the wall, and a tile under the carpet was loose causing us to trip over it. The lift to our room was also broken and we were nearly on the top floor

Disliked: Television far to small could not see it properly

Stay was fair but not...

Liked: Breakfast and dinner was really good
Disliked: The room was very small only 1 chair to dit on and no stool for makeup and hair had to sit on bed very small toilet area

4 night stay

Liked: The entertainment was excellent, there was a reasonable choice of food at meal times.
Disliked: The reception staff on arrival where ignorant but that was the only time, they were helpful when needed. All though I have a bus pass, the bus routes are mainly on the back roads, so you have to walk or pay on the tram.

Disliked: Needs some renovation , rooms very small . My partner is tall had to cower under shower ! Pillows not comfy Window raining in , they couldn’t do anything about it ! Had to leave early family emergency no offer of anything back not even as a good will gesture but suppose not there fault !

Pleasant

Liked: Nice dining area and food was excellent.Hotel is in a good location and tram stop is just across the road if you can't walk too far . Entertainment was ok been to the Claremont alot so we had seen them all before could be doing with getting some fresh singers. Has two small lounge areas always quite full so had to sit in our room whilst in hotel till dinner time then after dinner went into the big lounge for the bingo and entertainment. Overall hotel is good value for money for all inclusive plenty of food and as much alcohol as you like
Disliked: We had double room which was very small only had one chair to sit on so had to sit on bed which had a very soft bouncy mattress . Lift was broken so hiking up to 3rd & 4th floor is hard going
