Disliked: Had a spider crawling around in our bathroom, advised mgr on duty but didn’t care or show any concern

Disliked: They rent out the rooftop for events with very loud music that you can hear two floors away. Couldn’t use the rooftop during this time and th r parking lot fills up so there’s no parking for hotel guests.

Disliked: We made a reservation two months in advance. When we got there, we had to wait almost 3 hours to check into our hotel. Three hours after check-in time because “the room wasn’t clean yet..” they gave us a free cocktail eventually after getting fairly angry and almost missing the concert we were given a different room at a discounted rateFrom what I understand, it sounds like that is fairly common place at that hotel as I saw several other couples waiting to check into their rooms also The next morning, when we went to check out, I saw housekeeping watching TV on their phones, which probably explains why the rooms weren’t clean
