Disliked: The people on the property was unsafe. The on call person was not at the desk. We waited an hour to check in. The room had roaches. Water all over the floor from the fridge. The sink was dripping on the floor. Dog in the room next door barked all night. The manager on sight said they will be issuing a refund but we had to contact booking.com

Wish I would've stayed somewhere...

Liked: The price and location
Disliked: The hotel is nasty and run down. The pictures online falsely advertises the rooms as nice and clean. It needs to be torn down. The owners of the property apparently doesn't care about the condition of the property. I immediately knew that the rooms were going to be nasty, as soon as I saw the clientele.

Disliked: It’s an extended stay but no plates, silverware provided to travelers

Meh, not very impressed, but...

Liked: Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Cigarette burns on the sheets, no kitchen items supplied, no TV remote in room (cable never worked), fridge compressor super noisy. Booked a handicap accessible room, but none were available when we arrived. Husband is an amputee and they put us on the 4th floor. Not great in case of a fire.
