Pool did not work, communication...

Liked: Clean rooms
Disliked: Pool was broken, which was why we came to the place. They called me the day before but didn't leave a message. Since we had driven all the way there, I negotiated with the manager and got 50% off, but got no written confirmation or indication on my credit card. I called and followed up, he said he requested my refund. Waited 10 business days and still no avail, so I contested through my credit card company.

We won't come back.

Liked: Beautiful location and ok property.
Disliked: No 24-hr service. We had a drunk and disruptive group of people next door who woke us up from 2-3am. We called the number provided but no responses. Tiny pool.

Nice hotel in good location...

Liked: Great location in Calistoga with a nice balcony to relax and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. Nice helpful staff. Good car parking. Easy walk into downtown shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The thermal pool and spa were nice to be in but very shabby with broken concrete around the edges and the area in of painting. Some maintenance would turn this into a 10 out of 10.
