Liked: Nothing. They are liars.
Disliked: Everything, they can not be trusted. My booking was canceled three and a half weeks out from our stay. Yet a friend of mine managed to book in at Uenuku lodge the day before my booking I had, they were told there was no repair work being done, nor it had been done. We had no accommodation, we had been lied to and my friend was charged three times the price my booking was. How many other people had their booking cancelled due to “unexpected repairs” and then the rooms were on sold for triple the price?

Liked: Nothing - Awful.
Disliked: When we arrived, there was no one there. We spoke to them on the phone and they said our room wasn’t available. Said they had tried to contact us but admitted they didn’t have a phone number and got my email address wrong. He had booked us in another motel which that we had to travel to which would have meant we would be late to Eden park for our concert. When speaking to him, he also said we would have had a room with a shared bathroom when we had booked a private bathroom. We cancelled and drove home after our concert.Awful service.
