Liked: Pub next door very convenient. Garage opposite handy for a drink and snacks. Good sized car park. Great size room. Very quiet considering proximity to main road.

Clean room and food &...

Liked: The 'hotel' is on a main route so handy for travellers and the room was spotlessly clean. The pub next door served typical pub food with a good choice of drinks.
Disliked: As a motorcycle rider I was concerned about the security of my bike overnight; all was fine but there's lots of passing traffic using the pub and the garage next door so with hindsight probably a bit too exposed for my liking.

Liked: The room was lovely & clean, very airy and the heater / air con was perfect. Staff were all really pleasant & helpful. The food was amazing and really value for money.
Disliked: The apple crumble could've done with 2 scoops of ice-cream for such a large portion.

Liked: Evening meals. Staff were great.
Disliked: The accessible room was awful. There was no plug in the sink. No shelving for bathroom requirements (soap, deodorant, etc.)The flooring was slippery when wet and totally wrong for bathroom purposes. I was holding a grab rail when my right foot skidded out from under me. I'd stopped myself from falling but someone else might not be so lucky.
