Disliked: My husband and I have been regulars at this hotel since it was called the trump hotel and we always had an amazing experience with staff, services and the amenities. This time the front receptionist wasn’t as kind, welcoming and I think they’ve stopped going above and beyond for their guests. Also, the shower had some hair in it, but I understand you can miss it by accident, but it was rather unpleasant. Usually the staff knows if I’m about to check in, there would be Diet Coke, some chocolates and a note from the general manager welcoming us, and I’m not going to lie, that was such a great personal touch, it’s what made us always come back. This time, there wasn’t anything, and I felt as though my loyalty wasn’t appreciated.
