Liked: Modern looking, had a spacious room in the beginning. Big lobby with table soccer and some board games.
Disliked: We had a nice and spacious room at the beginning. After a while we noticed, that there was dirty smelly water coming out from underneath the toilet. We complained and were allowed to switch rooms. The second room was unfortunately much smaller, although the staff mentioned, that it would be bigger. The staff was not so nice in comparison to other hotels where we stayed during our round trip.

Liked the hotel for convenience...
Liked: Felt like new property and convenient to my destination.
Disliked: Pillows were mushy. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as they did not restock so low on everything and coffee was also terrible.

Liked: Location was good for our reason to be in Syracuse. The front desk staff overall was very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the NOISE and said it's being worked on as it is a typical complaint. I wish we knew that before we made the reservation.
Disliked: The noise level was ridiculous! We were on the 3rd floor - sandwiched in between loud noise above and below us for 4 nights. We got very little sleep. It was very frustrating! The gym definitely needs cleaning and hand sanitizer should be offered .
