Disappointing

Liked: Location was good. Staff and owners were nice. Comfortable bed and the fridge worked well. Place could be nice with some work done.
Disliked: Door had no weather stripping and had no seal at all around entire door especially the bottom. Another hole to outside beside bottom door. It was like having an open window when the door was closed. Noise from outside came in because of this including road noise and other guests outside. This has to be bad for electric bill for heating and cooling. This was bad for bugs as I removed 10 crickets from the room over my stay and was eventually trying to stuff holes with toilet tissue to keep crickets out as they were attracted to outdoor lights and then would come on in. Toilet ran every half hour. No remote to tv and had to go get one from the front desk.

Liked: Liked nothing roaches all in my room and very nasty and then they wouldn't even do anything about it. Poor place to stay it should be condimed.
Disliked: Nothing worse place ever. I wouldn't even allow my family to stay there.

Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful owner (+ his family). Brought me to the Circuit of the Americas due to a lack of available local transport. Good bed, clean rooms.

Liked: Exceptional clean and very comfortable bed
Disliked: There was no coffee in room or on premises. Had to get up and leave to get my morning coffee. Not a very convenient location for that.
