Hotel is old and tired....

Liked: Breakfast was good. Especially liked that there were waffles.
Disliked: The fact that there are smoking rooms. And they were on the main floor, which we had to walk by to get anywhere. Disgusting. In the future we’ll stay at a smoke free hotel.

Good

Liked: Very good breakfast and the attendant was very good. Cleanliness was very good. Front desk staff night and morning both very good.
Disliked: I believe we stayed in older wing with window to waterside. Very noisy for Seniors.

The hotel could use some...

Liked: Friendly staff, water slides and price
Disliked: Pool seemed to have rotten wood by slide, sharp spots on the stairs and broken glass. Tv was just basic cable (not a huge issue just inconvenient) Carpet was not vacuumed when we arrived there was hair and Lego behind the door to prove our suspicions.

Not a great stay

Liked: The location and price
Disliked: Very old and run down. Tiny TV. Seemed like a really small bed. Not fabulous. Check in was slow. We were moving back home after a winter away and our room was a very long way through a maze of hallways to get our stuff. Breakfast was cold. We were told there were no food warmers??? All in all we made a decision that we would never stay there again. I think when you book online you get the bad rooms.
