Liked: This hotel is a gem in the rough when it comes to location - it is literally across the street to the gulf! The sunset views were breathtaking! It was within walking distance of everything we needed!
Disliked: The staff - although they tried, a lot of what we heard were excuses - "we just took over", "we just bought the place and are working on things". When we checked in, the front desk staff was less than pleasant or helpful. Upon returning home, we found a charge on our credit card from the hotel. When we called, they told us it was a parking fee - we didn't drive!!! We arrived via Uber. It gets better - they wouldn't reimburse us and told us to call our credit card company. We will NOT be back to this hotel.
