Was in town for a concert. Decent hotel, good price...can't beat it!

Liked: Friendly service, free breakfast that included a lot more than coffee doughnuts.
Disliked: Shower pressure wasn't the best...

Disliked: The staff was unavailable during breakfast. No waffle mix. Apple juice was bad. No one there to check us out… even after ringing bell. Very disappointed

Liked: Continental Breakfast was okay but could have a little improvement i.e have had regular size muffins rather than little mini ones and perhaps some hard boiled eggs as we have seen in other hotels.

A snowy night in Watertown...

Liked: My first room has a buzzer going of every few minutes,ask front desk if someone could please attend to the issue.shortly after I was move to another room
Disliked: Second room had the heat on and room was warm, unlike the first room.the king size bed was comfortable along with the pillows.clean carpet all most new along with the bathroom.
