I wasn’t very happy with...

Liked: It was close to the ocean
Disliked: It wasn’t clean the plug ins didn’t work there was still food from the previous people that stayed there. The shower didn’t work right and were holes in the wall. And we got a room that was nonsmoking and it smelled like cigarettes

Staff were amazing both visits,...

Liked: Paint was peeling in every wall, floor tile was broken/cracked in bathroom and kitchen. Baseboards were very dirty, undersink cabinets were Moldy and holes in bottom. The shower looked very disappointed, I didn't want to use it. This was my second time staying here in the past two years. Both times I get the same result. All the rooms need to be updated. Kitchen counter top was held together by Caulk.

Liked: View from the room was excellent.
Disliked: Check in was the longest I ever had for any hotel. Staff were unable to take my credit card and stated that this was due to it being declined. When I contacted my card company, I confirmed this was not the case. They then said that their computer system was down and that they were unsure if they could check me in. It took another 20 minutes for them to get a hold of a manager to check me in. They then called me to let me know that if I did not check in by 1100 the next day, they would automatically check me out. Just overall a poor and bizarre experience.

Liked: Great view. Ocean front. Spacious
Disliked: Dingy and out dated. No amenities. Smelled of mold

Liked: The location and the ac units worked good.
Disliked: The room had a stove but came with nothing to cook on. Asked front desk and they said comes with nothing. That's a first for me. The couch was disgusting and the bed inside had sand all in it. The toilet leaked where it joins the floor and wouldn't flush half the time because the back bowl wouldn't keep water.
