Service was horrible

Liked: There was no hot water complain to the front desk and receptionist made it sound like she didn’t care, supposedly maintenance came to fix it and no cold water was coming out, spent 2 nights and we weren’t able to take shower and we had 2 kids with us
Disliked: The customer service from, front desk. Attitude and body language show that they didn’t care about over complain
