Unhappy customer

Disliked: Our toilet was broke. Had to take tank lid off to put our hand in water to pull chain to flush because the plastic pull broke. And the base of toilet was loose so toilet moved. The toilet seat moved. For $83 I would like some kind of discount back. Also we belong to AAA and AARP. Don't you guys have a discount for that? If so how do I apply it? They said when we got there we bought 3rd party so they couldn't discount for that. I wasn't happy at all. And they leave the outside doors unlocked and so the security wasn't good. I expect some kind of discount please. The 3 pictures below are the toilet.

I will not be retuning....

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The guy at check in wasn’t welcoming. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Neighbors playing loud music till about 1am. Staff did nothing. Sink on the bathroom didn’t drain.

Disappointing experience but good for...

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel primarily because it offered an affordable option for a short duration. The availability of free parking was a definite plus, and I found the accommodations to be comfortable.
Disliked: I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience, primarily due to the poor quality of the breakfast offered. The options were extremely limited, and the overall quality was very bad. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, particularly in the bathrooms which were unclean and dirty. This significantly impacted my overall impression of the stay and detracted from the enjoyment of my time at the accommodation.
