Disliked: Room was disgusting! Chipped walls and furniture. Poor lighting. Smelled bad and had to open the window, then it was noisy. No elevator. 1 ice machine for the entire hotel which was far from our room. Very old and dilapidated. They didn't even have breakfast which was included.

Liked: Good bed. Big room
Disliked: Halls were smelling cigarets.The shower only had hot Water.

Fine for one night

Liked: It was just right for a one night stay on our way to see the eclipse the next day. No frills. Good location in Albany in shopping area. The hotel met my expectations because I read previous reviews and knew exactly what to expect
Disliked: There was a problem with the heater in our room. It didn't work and cold air was blowing from it. It's April so we managed but if it was January, it would have been impossible. We got to the hotel to late at night, too late for it to be fixed. The hotel was fully booked because of the eclipse so no chance to switch rooms.

Liked: Location was goodStaff was really friendly and nice Room size was good and clean
Disliked: The only thing I would say is to replace the carpet in the hallway or get rid of them, they are holding onto a little smell, not terrible but a little unpleasant when you’re walking to your room, if they got rid of that I would have no complaints
