Thankyou to the lovely lady...

Liked: Location cleanliness staff were fantastic the lady at the check in deserves a raise she was so customer focused and accommodating as welcoming. She was able to kindly change our room to a main level room ( I have a fear of lifts) and it was not an issue. Every Tim’s we went past reception she said hello and it made us feel like we were in a comfortable safe place

Great location, comfortable beds and...

Liked: Location and beds comfortable. Check in and out smooth. Friendly staff. Plenty of towels if you need. Location was key!
Disliked: Nothing maybe paying for parking.Parking is $16 a night but cheaper than some Sydney prices. Everything costs these days. Other than that it was all great. Thank you
