Baaaaaaaaaaad and disappointing

Liked: N/A
Disliked: What I didn’t like when I arrived there the room wasn’t reserved for me. I needed a double bed. Finally find me reserve list didn’t offer anything. They just said there’s three single bits you like it or not what I’m having I asked him if I can get a credit for a discount voucher that was no. I was disappointed with the service the room and the bed. I will not ever use the hotel again nor will I recommended to anyone else.

Always enjoy the overnight stay

Liked: Location is perfectEasy self CheckIn/CheckoutPerfect for our overnight stay.Convenience of McDonald’s next door & 7/11 down the road & Parking right across from the entrance.Always enjoy staying at the Mercure Blacktown.

Good location for our purpose,...

Liked: The sports club. Excellent food and cheap.
Disliked: The cleanliness could have been better. Arrived with cups that were used and a dead cockroach on the floor
