Disliked: Where do I start? Terrible from start to finish. Could not deliver on non-smoking room or free breakfast and management is making it impossible to refund my reservation.

Disliked: Couldn't enter lobby on check in must go to window, where manager demands $60 in cash even though room was paid in advance.Also demanded cc & charged without permission.This business was reported. Room was disgusting!Cigarette burn on toilet, no hot water

Disliked: When I want room with 2 Queen Beds they always give me a king bed and my son has to either sleep on the floor or in the car.
