Liked: Nice little place.

Clean and adequate, but could only get lukewarm water to bathroom sink and cold water to shower. Good breakfast selection.

Everything was great! They allowed us to check in at 1p.m. :-)

Liked: Room was very clean, bed was huge :-)

Very disappointed with no WiFi.

Liked: Clean and close to Cleveland.
Disliked: No WiFi, breakfast was not restocked , wasn’t allowed to cancel second night of reservation, bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way.

Liked: The young lady working the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I was there during a heavy snow storm and she twice shoveled the pathway to the parking lot for me without me asking. She was also helpful in making another reservation. Thanks!

Disliked: The light was out when we tried to turn it on... the Rion could be a bit brighter colored.

Liked: Its location was perfect. The price was right. The lobby is beautiful.
Disliked: The hallways throughout the second floor were covered with tar paper. The fan in the bathroom ran continuously. There was no way to turn it off. There is no elevator. The thingies that keep two of the three lampshades from falling off of the lamps were missing. There are very heavy doors in the hallways upstairs that appear to have no current function except to make navigation of the hallways more difficult. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, which problem also affected the front desk.
