Excellent location at a reasonable...

Liked: The close proximity to some great restaurants made this an excellent trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Excellent location at a reasonable price.
Disliked: Breakfast.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The location was great. Right across the street to public beach access.
Disliked: The staff with the EXCEPTION of Lonnie, the male maintenance worker, everyone else was so rude and VERY UNFRIENDLY! The check in/counter staff are miserable.

Overall an okay stay

Liked: The location is perfect, the included breakfast was great. I also think it is a good value for the price compared to surrounding hotels. The pool area was clean and plenty of seating. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Honestly it isn't as clean as it should be. The floors were absolutely filthy. My toddler's feet were covered with dirt after the first day walking on the floors. We tried to clean them with a towel but had to wear shoes inside the rest of the trip. Some sand is expected at a beach hotel but this was much more dirt than sand. Also, the toilet was kind of gross inside and didn't work properly.
