Clean comfortable place

Liked: Everything else, comfortable, clean, no smell of smoke all over the place. The TV was still easy to operate even without remote.. Excellent service
Disliked: Problems with commode running all the time...3 or 4 lightbulbs out in room. TV Remote didn't work. I still had a good night.

Liked: King suite was nice.had we known it had a refrigerator we would have brought a few more things in from the car. Receptionist was nice and knowledgeable
Disliked: When we arrived there was someone smoking right in front of the main entrance. No one was wearing masks, including the woman behind the counter. We had reserved a non smoking room, but there were none available when we arrived. The woman behind the counter did hook us up with a room very nearby with a sister motel 6 facility. So...just an extra hassle, but we got an appropriate type of room.

Unhappy. I want to speak...

Disliked: I made a reservation online for a smoking room. And when I get in the room I don't see any ashtrays. So I called the front and ask for a ashtray and she said we don't have any and we don't have smoking rooms. And she didn't even try to explain or apologize. I booked a smoking room and I expect to get a smoking room. I want my money back.
