Disliked: Mold in bathroom, no cover on electrical outlet, leaking shower valve, whole building wreaked of cigarette smoke and is dilapidated.

Liked: The only thing I liked was the size of the room.
Disliked: The condition of the room we were in was awful. We wanted a different room but staff did not assist with it. We tried to inform the staff that the room was in bad shape and they were very rude and said they would refund us. We didn?t ask we just wanted a different room. We ended up leaving and they refused to give us a refund after saying they would. My dog wasn?t in the room and they were accusing my dog of barking while we had them in a different hotel. The staff also were too busy having a conversation with one of their friends while we waited to speak with them and got upset at us for wanting to speak with them. The woman claimed she was the manager.
