Disappointing

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Booking.com failed to advise that hotel under going major renos. Breakfast also not included. Hotel's website states grabbag breakfast available but staff never advised when or where. Don't believe they were available. All entrance/exit doors on ground floor locked 24/7 except for one, main entrance. No designated handicap parking due to renos?? One small elevator a very long walk from reception...poor signage for it as well. Anyone with mobility issues would find it difficult...hallways used as storage places for reno supplies, etc.

Liked: Huge parking lot.
Disliked: The property needs some reviews details specially in winter and night example: 1)poor lights in parking lot at night, entrances to hotel from parking lot all were closed, so you need to do a dangerous trip in dark and slippery conditions specially in my case I came with my senior non 91 years old 3) is understandable that winter is unpredictable and hard in some regions but the maintenance team should be working in removing ice in parking area, I did miracles with my mom avoiding that her fell down and with additional dark conditions would be a perfect cocktail for a huge legal claim battle.

Disliked: Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Bed was very hard. Couldn't get the tv to work.

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff
Disliked: This hotel has become a hostel for the homeless. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the night. The people were hanging if around after the alarm. We did not feel secure at all. We will not stay here again.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I wasn't advised either at booking or on arrival that there was "something" going on on the 3rd floor and that access to certain areas was restricted.
