Superb

The Travelodge by Windham was...

Liked: The Travelodge is conveniently located. We were headed for a deep sea fishing excursion departing from nearby Harwichport. The friendly staff accommodated our late check in and an early departure. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Disliked: At 4:30 am, I wished there was one more coffee pod.

Would not stay there again...

Liked: Location was great. Bed was comfortable. But the room was incredibly musty and not clean. Walls had stains and table was not even wiped down. Dave was very nice but the hotel needs a complete rehab.
Disliked: Rooms need to be updated. They rooms we rented 2 were incredibly smelly to the point even after washing my clothes the smell lingered! My sisters room had small bugs...

Liked: Lisa and David are amazing people!! Lisa was extremely helpful as we had a very late check in from a family member. She made sure that the keys were all set up for when they were to arrive well past midnight. I needed a few things to borrow( sissors, iron, ironing board) and Lisa and David had no issues in lending those out. The beds are beyond comfortable...if we were able to bring them back home to Canada, we would of!!!!Overall, a fantastic 3 night stay for a family wedding.Thank you Lisa and David, you went over and beyond to ensure we all had a good vacation!!!Tania, Angel, David & Marie.

A disappointment overall

Liked: Location was great. The maintenance man was excellent in trying to resolve issues with drainage and other inoperative things like refrigerator.
Disliked: The HVAC system. The broken fridge and inoperative power point... The blocked plumbing and flood that made it necessary to change rooms...Place not really up to Travel Lodge standard..And the late night noise on floor above us...
