Disliked: The layoutTwo hotels in oneThe pool The rooms were so small for $340 a nightThe elevators are dated and terrifying and took forever to get one and having to have a key to get on a floorCheck in staff made us wait because we weren’t apart of event connect 45 minutes to check in and checking out I was charged 6 times in my credit card and forced to wait at reception for 35 minutes while my 4 kids were in the car so they could sort out all the charges. Then locked up my credit card due to too many charges and I had to sit on hold with my credit card company to get it all sorted out so I could continue with my March break travels.

Liked: Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Great location.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. Didn’t use it the rest of the stay. I paid for a hotel with a pool but it was out of use.

Liked: The view was beautiful
Disliked: The carpets and seats in the room were dirty. I wanted slippers to wear in the room, but they were out of stock. They charge hotel guests 8cad per day for parking. The pool was under renovation and this information was not given. My daughter was very upset.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: large toothpaste stains on wall by light switch and on the floor (like multiple toonie size) hair and water stains on the floor at shower. One soap in bathroom. The outside of the fridge had not been cleaned in weeks. Forks in drawer bent. There is no way someone would miss all this if they cared or ever looked, because I can see them in my photos. And if the pool was out of order days ago, they should have e-mail me to let me know.
