Liked: Kitchen was great! Room was quiet and spacious except for bathroom which was really cramped. Lounge facilities off the lobby are wonderful.
Disliked: Indoor pool was closed-very disappointing as this was part of our reason for choosing this hotel. Breakfast was pretty forgettable. Beds were too soft for our taste and the covers didn't come up over our shoulders in either bed...weird!

Liked: The hotel was easy to get on & off the interstate and was located in an area with lots of dining choices.
Disliked: The check-in was VERY SLOW, even though I had prepaid for our stay. Checkout was again slow. The receipt they printed for me was for less than I was charged (and paid) on Booking.comThey also zapped my credit card for $150 for "incidentals," which they told me upon checkout that didn't have any.
