great stay but wait to...
Liked: It was great to be right where we needed to be for our reason for traveling. The breakfast was a good variety and it was nice that the staff came to keep refilling the area. once we got to our room it was better than expected and nice to know we had utensils to use in the kitchen. Stinks one bathroom but survived!
Disliked: The checkout time is not smart to clean in between for check in. Check in is at 3pm and for some reason it leave just a 3 hr window to clean everywhere and there was at least a 30-45min wait when we were there at 3pm to get to our room we were almost late to where we needed to go.

Disappointed
Disliked: Did not get the room we made reservations for months ago. We reserved a two bedroom suite with 3 beds. We went to our room and it wasn’t clean. Trash wasn’t thrown and beds weren’t made.The other room they moved us to had 2 beds and a sofa bed that was not comfortable for the individual who has back pain. We told the front desk and her reply was “ that’s all we have”. Never giving us the option to wait to check in so they can clean the bigger room with 3 beds that we paid for

Disliked: Construction work entire lobby and walkway entrance and hallway to get to my room.

Great area and clean rooms.
Liked: The location was perfect because we were right by the AT&T Stadium. It was also very clean in our room. Also Anthony at the desk was awesome he was kind and helped us with any questions we had and even gave us recommendations.
Disliked: Lack of parking and the carpet in the hallway smelled old and needs a good shampoo to lift up the odor it’s not that bad but you can smell it. The sofa bed was very hard it was like sleeping on a box spring.
