AMAZING

Liked: Everything an the room we got had a beautiful view of the mountains
Disliked: So clean an beautiful comfortable beds cute little kitchen an amazing indoor pool

Liked: Size of the room and breakfast
Disliked: Was not told it was under renovation. Did not have access to the swimming pool or fitness center. The smell was awful and I had a headache for a good 24 hours.

Liked: Entire lobby torn up yet hotel is open! You walk in snow for breakfast and breakfast!!!
Disliked: Staff woman was very slow at front desk.

Liked: The room was great! Very comfortable and with great amenities. Location was close to the airport. The staff was amazing.
Disliked: Although it was due to renovation, the water never warmed above lukewarm

Liked: The kitchen staff was above reproach, especially one named "Michelle", who was kind to all and courteous in offering to assist us with a food item.
Disliked: No hot water for showers in the morning; sink did not drain well; had to request clean washcloths for the next day as the rooms were not attended (except Wed. and upon checkout as related by front desk). We will not stay at this particular hotel again.

Ok but check in check out was not smooth! I am angry was not told charge for parking! I will never stay again!

Disliked: Staff not attentive when checking in, he acted like he didnt know what he was doing. When I checked out the different clerk, was on the phone and s couple of people were waiting to check out! I believe customers in front of you should be attended to not someone on the phone! When I checked out ask is there a receipt, oh he said it was sent to your email! Ok. Well when I got the email, that hotel charged me $10.00 extra for parking!! I am furious.I put the little sign in my window as they ask me too! When I booked this room total charge was $131.00; rounded off!! But I was charged $141.13; I would have disputed the charge but didnt know as no receipt! This is not acceptable! I am 76 yrs old and on a fixed income!! So why and how can they charge for parking ??????
