Liked: The people were the best. Every person was sp kind and friendly. The rooms were clean, and of you ever needed anything, there was always someone who could help you
Disliked: Not a thing. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family

Liked: Staff was horrible Kim the front desk manager by far is the worst most rascist person

Liked: There really wasnt much to like about this property. Compared to the Townplace Suites we stayed at in Dodge City, this place was not clean and a very small bathroom . Not much for breakfast either. Will not stay here again

Disliked: The staff charged me for my stay even though I prepaid through booking.com. The process to get a refund from them has been awful. Every time someone has said they were going to see what they could do and would call me back, no one would call back. Every time I call for an update, theyre rude and disrespectful and treat me like Im the one who did something wrong. That includes management.

Disliked: The fold out bed mattress was nasty! Had to switch rooms and it was still a poor mattress that we couldnt use.

Friendly staff and good location

Liked: It was convenient in location, staff was very nice. Stayed 8 nights.
Disliked: I could smell cigarette smoke in my room, however the front desk offered me another room, which was much better.
