Superb

Excellent service and nice hotel.

Liked: Enjoyed my stay. Staff on reception were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was fine with choice of options. Nice to have pool and gym on site. Very near to bus stop for easy transport links to airport and Boston centre. I’m a light sleeper but being near to airport accepted that there would be noise from planes.

Layover between flights

Liked: Staff were helpful. Breakfast good. Location ideal for a stay over between flights.
Disliked: Booking.com and the hotel website need to have a statement telling customers that they must ring the hotel for the free airport shuttle to the hotel.

Liked: Friendly service and a comfortable, clean modern hotel. Quick drive from Logan and hotel provides a shuttle. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Bus station next to the hotel.
Disliked: No housekeeping 24/7 so if you need towels or sheets overnight they don’t bring it to you. Also housekeeping every-other-day not everyday.
