Liked: Location to the venue I was attending.
Disliked: 1. Roaches. I must have killed at least 8 or so. 2. Furniture: Fabric was badly stained. 3. Bedframe was not properly assembled and was not placed entirely underneath the box spring. The headboard fell off the wall. 4. Bed lining was not clean

Liked: The Hotel Assistant Manager was very friendly and understanding.
Disliked: The Hotel is run down. The rooms have old delapidated furniture, the Sofa had footprints on it and the curtains were stained. The kitchenette was empty, there was nothing to work with no coffee machine, no utensils as advertised. Cockroaches in bathroom!

Disliked: Everything the room needed to be cleaned better the floors needed to be sweep and mopped room smelt like urine it was just nasty

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The first room I was placed in smelled like strong urine!! Pure piss!! The second room had roaches! I have stayed at the location 4 different times over the last few years but this was most definitely my last time! It was NYE so I couldn’t find another room or I would have left. I also heard other guests complaining about roaches & I seen a couple check out due to bed bugs! Overall this location has turned to sh*t!!

Disliked: From the parking lot first impression was that of a Crack house! People smoking pot in the open. Hanging out drinking, staff friendly but not too helpful.
