Tower Hotel at Fallsview

Staff kept me from getting...

Liked: LocationCan see nightly fireworks from observation deck on floor 25Clean rooms
Disliked: Check in - she kept saying card didn’t go through and it did -7 times!!! We found out later when my husband got text messages from credit card company. Their response was patronizing at best without apology. We will be keeping a close watch on our card activity to be sure the charges are removed.

Would come back!

Liked: Definitely enjoyed the viewing area for the late night fire works, it's in a great location with valet parking available. Good room and comfy bed for our stay. Only used this room for a bed really.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: View couldn’t be beat. Staff was lovelyI have stayed in some of the huge Niagara view hotels. There is no comparison. At Fallsview you feel like an individual, not one of the herd vying for an elevator.
Disliked: Since housekeeping doesn’t come every day, we had to reuse paper coffee cups, ran short of coffee. Towels were limited and skimpy.

Liked: Great location. Very clean due to great cleaners. Lovely, comfortable bed and linen. The bathroom was also great.
Disliked: Coffee facilities and bins in the main bedroom. Rubbish should be emptied daily. I had to find the cleaners who did a great job. Very clean on arrival. Great for one night stays.

Worth the view

Liked: Location - the premium fallsview room had the best view.
Disliked: The staff at reception wasn’t cordial at all. The tone of talking was rude and arrogant.No concierge services, I was with luggage and no one bothered to help. Not even moving it till the elevator.The elevator from 29 to the premium fallsview is totally manual and scared me out many times.
