A beautiful place to stay!
Liked: The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of hints and tips about the area. The property is very unique and comfortable and our room was spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. It is in a good location, and we could walk into town easily.
Disliked: I really can't think of anything that we didn't like!

Liked: breakfast was excellent and hosts charming. Our bedroom overlooked the street at the front, but it was very quiet. The position was also very good as is was only a short walk into Aylsham

Friendly and most helpful hosts...
Liked: The congenial hosts and welcoming atmosphere. Set in a beautifully renovated house decorated by talented designers.
Disliked: Small point but the en-suite shower has a high step and would benefit from either an intermediate step or a handle to assist leaving the cubicle.

Liked: Our favourite B&B in all the world. Historic home with modern comforts, wonderful interior design all overlooking a cottage garden.
The two Pauls who own and run the B&B now feel more like friends. They are knowledgeable about the local area and make suggestions regards places to visit - in our case to gardens and round tower churches. The breakfasts are a delight, all freshly sourced local ingredients and products. The tomatoes in thyme and mushrooms in sage butter are especially what we look forward to between visits.
We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely hosts, in a very...
Liked: The hosts are fantastic people, friendly, helpful, and interactive.
The linen on the bed, is superb; we particularly loved the period bathroom, with separate shower cubical. Breakfast is really wonderful, all good fresh quality food served. The overall experience of staying at Tinsmiths House for us was delightful.
Lots of local interest.
Disliked: The wording describing how the rooms are situated should be clearer. For instance, the room we booked include the mention of patio and furniture in the details - this gives the impression of this room being ground floor, when in fact it is up a flight of stairs, which I find very difficult to manage, due to a health condition. The wording is misleading, this is no reflection on our hosts as they only give the information, not how it is delivered in the advertisement.
