I would not recommend this hotel unless they remodel.

Disliked: No room service; room was dirt; phones were broken; smoke alarms were hanging from the ceiling.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Loud and cold. No extra blankets. Woke up cold and the heater was as loud as the freeway. Couldn’t sleep

this was the poorest Days...

Liked: Price
Disliked: Room was in disrepair. Needs lots of repair… paint, broken bathroom window, shower rod not fixed correctly to wall and drooping curtain, cracks in tub caulking, stained tub, no towels, not enough blankets, noisy heater with broken knob, stains on lamps, no wall plug for microwave. Sticky front door and bathroom door does not close.Our friends, traveling with us, had a much nicer room.

The staff are outstanding their...

Liked: The staff were outstanding other than the management. They need a lot of work the way they reprimand and belittle and put down their employees in front of customers which they shouldn’t be doing at all the way they do frankly, I believe the manager should be fired or taken and put in training to learn how to talk to his female employees
Disliked: Transience people that are off the streets coming in and roaming through the property other than that everything else was fine
