I will definitely stay again.

Liked: The stay exceeded my expectations. I had a city view king room which was spacious and very clean. The service was excellent.
Disliked: Everything was great. The staff on the property were amazing and very courteous.

Overall a good experience and...

Liked: Customer service and responsiveness, cleanliness and safety is key! And amenities and upkeep of the property.
Disliked: The confusion with the fees when reserved with Booking.com. You can’t reference the breakdown again once it’s reserved. Valet unable to resolve and reissue a lost ticket. I showed ID and requested a new ticket and they just said they would “remember” when new shift staff started had the same issue instead of issuing a new ticket the first time I requested it.
