Liked: My fiancé and I have been coming to this location for years. We really enjoy the Woodlands for a number of things. The location is prime for entertainment and libations on prem and around the area. We truly love the entertainment that Woodlands brings in on weekends. I've been here a number of times and the talent never disappoints. The clubs, restaurants, and deck bar are excellent. Breakfast buffet is always a pleaser as well. The falls on the Creekside of the property are visually appealing especially after rain swells. They're right next to the Deck Bar and makes the atmosphere that much more incredible. Definitely looking forward to coming here again and again in the future, especially when the Hot Tub is back in service. That was always a fave of ours years' back, and I've been hearing rumblings that it will be back. Very Excited! We definitely recommend this property for an all-inclusive entertaining, and fun time in WB.
Disliked: I'm saddened to share that my front desk experiences with this establishment vary. Considerably enough that I must bring to attention here. There are some staff that are mildly to moderately kind and courteous and then there are others that just seem not to be willing to engage, or welcoming on check-in. Often times it has me asking myself if I've done something to that person who's working with me at Check-in, or any stops by the front desk. I can at least vouch for this on my previous two visits here. I try to chalk it up to folks having bad days but I'd like to believe that I'm not apart of the bad day so please don't treat me as the cause. Room issues. The two previous rooms I've stayed in had some sort of issue or defect in them. Something's either not working, damaged, or showing signs of a need for repair / replacement. My fiancé' and I are rather patient people and also very understanding, but it seems to be a trend at least in the rooms that we've stayed in recently. I make it a necessity to be certain to note or take photos upon room check before we even settle in, and make certain that the staff are aware. What also varies are the beds and comfort levels. I have chronic back issues too so it might be me, but I've asked my fiancé about her sleeping experiences and she has had difficulties with this as well during our previous stays. I trust her word on this because she does not have back problems. Like I said though; it varies per room per stay, so there might be efforts going on with updating beds and styles here at the property.

Liked: I love staying there, but they’re always seems to be an issue every time we go
Disliked: The staff behind the front desk. Some of them need a little bit of training, and others need to learn how to treat their guests. The heater in our room sounded like a train. The hallways and elevator are freezing, and the toilets barely flush.

Superb

The hotel staff were lovely.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: We booked a pet friendly room from their website and a total price was given. On arrival, I was charged an additional $30.00 for our pet, “because this is what our hotel does.” Very disappointed with the lack of transparency…

Bad

Liked: Restaurants were good, night club is convenient and the bar so you don’t have to leave for some drinks
Disliked: The suite my family member stayed in was so bad it had mold in the corner of the window the windows were falling apart and when moved to another suite it was the same scenario. We came with a group of 9 and all rooms but one had issues and we had to be moved. Out of 5 rooms 1 was ready for us after an hour after check in

Very good

Liked: Loved having the pool and restaurant on site. Spacious room. Enjoyed happy hour.

Tge beds could be better...

Liked: The location and the area was beautiful.
Disliked: Some staff was rude and ignorant. They weren’t helpful at all. Only one staff (lady might) was very nice.

Disliked: The outlet didn’t work in bathroom and one near the bed . Also when we got there was no heat on and was very cold .
