Liked: The staff were great and the location were great. I would stay here again.
Disliked: One very small thing is I wish there were a coffee shop in the hotel, rather than having to order a standard cup at the attached restaurant.

Disliked: I thought I would have a jacuzzi type bathtub and did not receive one.

Didn’t get to stay they...

Liked: Me and my wife made reservations an once we got to Chicago our reservation wasn’t in the system so we had to book another hotel at last minute with higher rates, Then you guys charged us full price for the room in the morning knowing you just told us we didn’t have a reservation with you guys.
Disliked: Need to be more professional.
