Pleasant

Liked: The location was fantastic The lady who checked us in was lovely. As was the lady who checked us out.
Disliked: The room rate for what you got. Nearly 200 for a springy bed and a room with a single glazed window. The heating was a plug in radiator and there was no main light in the room. Trying to do my make up in such poor light was difficult. The remote control for the TV didn't work. The Shower water was tepid of the evening. But warmer in the morning. The shower head was rather poor too.

Good

Liked: - The people who works their are very friendly and very reactive - The beds are confortable - The room was big - The emplacement is perfect
Disliked: - I was on the lower ground floor -2 and I felt like I was in the basement! It was very damp in the bedroom and in the bathroom with the odor that goes with it. - the breakfast was disappointing. You have to pay if you want eggs... the coffee was not very good as well. - quite expensive for the quality of the room. For me 5 stars should be perfect in the room and there were bumps of humidity all over the walls, rust and mold in the bathroom...

Pleasant

Liked: Very friendly duty manager Katriona gave us a very warm welcome. The verbal location was convenient.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise from the street during the night as well as a fair bit from fans in other bathrooms, and children, probably in a next door house. The bathroom was very small and a bit uninviting.
