The worst stay ever

Liked: I have always stayed here with multiple transplant conferences; however there was a 4 state competition in dance and cheer going on. Non stop little girls running up and down the halls screaming. Our room was next to the elevator which moved constantly. We did not get any sleep. Took my neighbor for her 89th birthday and was so disappointed. She has always wanted to go to Savannah, Ga. Paid a lot of money for a miserable time. I was also told not to go through Booking.com and deal direct with the resort. I would like some of my money back. Unbelievable!

Disliked: Booking.com screwed up my reservation and the hotel charged me extra and now neither are willing to assist with the issue.

Liked: Front desk staff were very nice. Hotel was gorgeous.
Disliked: Extremely short staffed.

Liked: Proximity to parade and river walk.
Disliked: Need better ramps for handicapped patrons. Especially going towards dock and onto boat.
