Liked: Great access to the Beaver Creek mountain

An amazing building - but...

Liked: The property had excellent facilities and the lift straight onto the mountain was a massive plus.
Disliked: The staff (excluding the valets) who were un helpful even when I was admitted to hospital.We had to ask for a hairdryer 3/4 times and never got one. Asking for bags to be taken from the room took 3 phones calls and eventually we had to go down to the desk to ask for someone to come up. Not the service you would expect for the price at all.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the decor was very stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wknd in Avon

Liked: The scenery in general, plus the room was very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: That housekeeping came knocking on the door twice before checkout time our last morning there.

Clean, comfortable with easy access...

Liked: Snacks at the bar were delicious. Hot chocolate bar was a huge hit with my son! Hotel room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Shuttle to the village was great.
Disliked: I had forgotten a contact lens case and it would have been nice if the front desk had one I could have. We had to run out instead. Pool was not warm enough for my taste.
