Very relaxing , the whole...

Liked: Staff were all very friendly and smiling! Carpeted all over, pool area was always clean as was the beach.Rooms were comfortable and loved the balcony views.
Disliked: Liked everything

Liked: EVERYTHING! The Westin Hilton Head Resort is stunning, both inside and out. Elegant, yet very comfortable. Every single person who is a part of the Westin team was exemplary in their hospitality. They all made us feel welcomed, and special.WES, at reception, was spectacular. What a wonderful hotel ambassador. We will highly recommend your resort to everyone and we will plan another trip ourselves.We spent a week with them and hated to leave.
Disliked: There is not one thing we did not like.

Liked: The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful
Disliked: The noise from the refrigerator was annoying. It made the loud hitting noise once in a while, while we were sleeping. The hair dryer was outdated.
