Liked: Room was clean and had everything you could need. Very central handy location. Covid rules in place, hand sanitizer, masks worn, social distancing etc. Kettle, cups, coffee etc in room. Plenty sockets. Nice ensuite shower. All good enjoyed my stay. Back next week.
Disliked: Quite a soft bed but still had a good sleep

Worst place I ever stayed...

Disliked: Horrible buzzing noise inside the room, coming from the power box on the wall. Complained about it to manager as soon as I entered the room, she advised me remove the card from the slot - which meant to cut the whole power off!!! So either electricity or silence...Shower drained was blocked, heating was only on a couple of hours every evening (in the middle of December!), Wi-Fi doesn?t work at all. Staff was non existent, few times I passed by reception there was only a note saying ?in case of emergency call this number?. I wouldn?t stay in this place again even if it was for free

I have OCD so cleaning...

Liked: How kind heart 2 of the staff where I never felt so safe and at home just like been at home but better
Disliked: The manager was very rude every time she spoke with myself I don?t understand why but maybe she had a very mad day ? I hope she feels better soon and her behaviour changes for other customers SJ
