Liked: No breakfast…the room was fine.
Disliked: Need to have coffee mugs.

I would NOT recommend and...

Liked: It was walking distance to a few awesome restaurants
Disliked: The cleanliness was atrocious, the dingy stained linens were gross, took hot water 20 minutes to heat up, door foam was old/rotted and you could see the outside elements from inside, cockroaches were everywhere!! The electric went off and I didn’t have any to get ready for my departure and staff told me that regardless I had to be out by 10a so the cleaning crew could come in and prepare for the next guests, poor communication from start to finish dealing with the office staff, I didn’t know I had to buy my own cups/plates/silverware to be able to eat/drink, I didn’t have anything to clean, the tub is backed up and the lining is nasty. The sink leaks. Did I mention how incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful the office staff are??? I would never recommend this place and I definitely didn’t deserve to be treated so poorly by anyone either!!!!!!!! There’s no iron, there’s no hairdryer - again, had any of this been outlined from the jump then I don’t believe it would have been that big of a deal because I could’ve just brought mine.

Overall it was lovely and...

Liked: We loved our place! Maybe a few more towels for the days we had but we found a laundromat. Also the ice machine psa watched a van pull up and steal ice everyday 🤷🏼‍♀️
Disliked: Ice box area was so super clean

Liked: no breakfast
Disliked: just a hotel room not a studio apartment. No amenities. noone in the office. huge cleaning fee for what most places do for free.

Bad

Liked: We arrived to find there was NO WATER!I had a business meeting that night, and we had to find another hotel. The management was useless! They said we have some bad news, They are working on the bridge. We immediately left. They said we would be issued a refund in 7-10 days (that was on Sept. 8 when we arrived). Still waiting on a refund. The whole experience was not only upsetting, but disappointing. And now we have to call again for a refund!

We made it work and...

Liked: How close we were to the water. The area and how close we were to everything. That the property is pet friendly. It was quiet. In spite of the things that were wrong Id still come back. Overall it was a good time.
Disliked: The mirrors make the room look twice the size it actually is so we were a little surprised at how small it was when we got there, the bed was hard and it had sand on it. Everything in the bathroom was broken, towel holder. Toilet paper holder. Shower didnt drain well at all and the wifi did not work.

Disappointing

Disliked: I paid for a kitchenette got a plain room the bed was hard as a brick no attendant and the ppl that manage the property won't answer text or calls
