Loved it but....

Liked: The location was very nice,the food was excellent,the staff were very nice ,the charm of the old building, the fireplace in the room,The room setup itself was very good.
Disliked: Obvious wear and tear,water spots on the ceiling ,TV unit is extremely bad,bad channel selection,no netflix. No marked entrance to the hotel..we had to look for it...climate control in the room was bad, carpet look very old.

Liked: Wonderful location on the main street of small town with a view of the river. Very quiet. Excellent restaurant and relaxing bar.
Disliked: Nothing

Huge room in a beautiful...

Liked: Beautiful historic building right on the river

Pleasant

Disliked: The room had flies on the floor, beer cap behind headboard and carpet was not vacuumed well. The bed was not that comfortable.

Good value

Liked: Location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach.
Disliked: There is no concierge- you have to enter via the restaurant downstairs. There is also not enough parking and I had to park across the street at a municipal lot.

Will be back as loved...
