Disliked: Blinds/curtains were broken. Cleaners left our door open after they have been - didn’t see until we came back later that day

Liked: The location was excellent and the staff were super helpful.
Disliked: Some of the facilities could have been updated a little. Maybe an ice machine and water machine to be able to drink etc

Liked: Location was brilliant. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was clean. Room very big and spacious. We loved it.
Disliked: Rooms needed to have tea/coffee facilities or at least some normal mugs to use.Room was a little tired looking and in need of a freshen up and some minor repairs.
