Another lovely trip to Barrow...

Liked: Great central location. Friendly staff, lovely clean rooms.
Disliked: The emergency light over the bed was exceptionally bright!

Nice room but disappointed room...

Liked: Rooms are nice and modern with comfortable bed and a small kitchen with fridge which is very useful. Location is central for the town centre and the restaurant below is one of the nicest in Barrow. Staff are friendly.
Disliked: My big gripe was that I stayed for 2 nights and my room wasn’t serviced. Apparently I was meant to leave a sign in the door but that really isn’t the norm for a hotel and it’s not unrealistic when you are paying g to stay in a hotel to expect your room to be serviced and bins emptied etc.

Heating didn’t work. Horribly discomforting...

Disliked: The heating did not work. It took a lot to convince the staff that there was an issue. Multiple guests complained and a resolution was only suggested at 10pm. The solution was to travel to another hotel which was awfully inconvenient. No message or apology since

Loved My Stay

Liked: Beautiful and Comfortable Room with En Suite Shower/WC and a Spa Barh. Plush and Quirky Bar and Restaurant. Manager and Staff Friendly and Helpful. I would Recommend this Hotel and I will Stay again.
Disliked: Nothing not to Like ir's Lovely.
