Liked: Good position. Room comfortable
Disliked: On arrival the toilets in reception were dirty and no toilet paper. The lifts and corridors needed hoovering.? Breakfast was very poor. Had to ask for bread and coffee. No one topping things up.

Disliked: Staff was rude. The restaurant and bar was not open. No free breakfast that was stated we would get.

Disliked: Hotel not properly staffed. Rooms dated and had an off smell. Breakfast was not edible.

Disliked: No jacket for keycard. Asked for second card, was told no, they were running low. Card we got had been used apparently multiple times. No luggage carts. Someone had left behind a vest in the room's closet. Not a terrible place but won't book again.

Disliked: They were very short staff, there was no one in the front desk in the morning. No one refilled the breakfast. When I went for breakfast there was only cereal left. I couldn’t tell anyone there was no one at the front.

Liked: The property was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly when you could find them. A lot of the time you could not find anyone at the front desk
Disliked: The property is definitely not like the pictures online. The first room we were in the bed was broken. The complementary breakfast didn’t exist the first morning. Over all really disappointed

Liked: Staff is nice but they are clearly understaffed.
Disliked: Elevator is extremely loud. It made loud grinding noises all night and creaked every time it opened on my floor. Room 201 should never be sold. It is the only room on the floor outside the fire doors near the elevator. It was atrocious. Zero sleep all night due to the elevator noise and trains blaring all night. Get the dang elevator fixed.

Liked: Very Clean. Friendly staff
Disliked: Room was blowing cold air. They gave us blankets but never asked to come see if they could fix the heat. The pull out was a twin size and barely fit my boys.
